The Invention of computer technology in today`s world has helped a lot of fields to increase in speed accuracy and reliability of their work but despite this, research has shown that many are still doing their things most especially documentations in the manual way which has led to misplacing or wrong recording of documents.
In the past years, some admission offices in some reputable tertiary institutions have revealed that there has been a lack of proper documentaries of admission forms. Much time was spent in sorting out qualified and non-qualified forms, this has however resulted in a meaningful loss of information.
The commencement of this project will help in Purchasing admission forms effectively, Submitting the correctly completed forms, Selecting the qualified applicants, Determine the number of intakes, and Compilation of the list of qualified applications.
However, the design and implementation of a computerized student admission system will help to reduce staff fatigue, reduce the processing time and acquire more accurate information, To ensure accuracy in the processing of forms and implement comprehensive data for record-keeping purposes.
